Nailiva operates the online store at nailiva.store. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@nailiva.store.
2. Information we collect
- Order and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number when supplied, billing and shipping address, purchased items, order status, and support messages.
- Account information if you create an account, including saved addresses and order history.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, and activity needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the store.
- Review information you choose to submit, including your display name, rating, review text, and optional product photos.
3. Payment information
Card and wallet payments are processed by the payment providers enabled at checkout. Nailiva does not store your full payment-card number or card security code on the storefront. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
4. Product reviews & photos
Approved reviews may be displayed publicly with the reviewer name you provide. Optional review photos may also be displayed with the review. Uploaded review photos are validated and re-encoded by the store before publication; normal re-encoding removes embedded image metadata such as EXIF location data. Do not upload photos containing information you do not want displayed publicly.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
The store uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, login, security, and saved preferences. Analytics or advertising technologies may also be used when enabled; where consent is required, non-essential technologies should be controlled through the applicable consent settings.
