1. Store use
You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping and account activity. Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse checkout, submit malicious content, or use the store in a way that harms other customers or the service.
2. Products & descriptions
We aim to describe products, finishes, sizing, included items, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours and finishes appear. Wear time and reusability vary with sizing, prep, adhesive choice, lifestyle, removal, and the condition of the product.
3. Prices & payments
Prices are displayed in USD unless the checkout clearly shows another currency. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final payable total are shown during checkout where applicable. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout, and an order may be subject to payment authorisation, fraud screening, or provider verification.
4. Orders
Placing an order submits an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Orders remain subject to availability and successful payment. We may contact you or cancel/refund an order when there is a genuine pricing error, stock problem, suspected fraud, invalid delivery information, or another issue that prevents lawful fulfilment.

Promotions apply only under the conditions shown with the offer. Nailiva’s current bundle offer applies automatically to qualifying items in the cart. Promotional terms, eligible items, thresholds, and availability may change; the cart and checkout show the discount actually applied to your order.

7. Reviews & customer photos
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or private third-party information. By submitting review text or photos, you give Nailiva a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display that content on nailiva.store in connection with the review. You keep ownership of your content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or store rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Nailiva name, store design, original text, graphics, product presentation, and other brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit store content without permission except where the law allows it.
9. Product use & responsibility
Follow the application and removal instructions supplied on the store and with the product. Stop use if a product causes irritation or another unexpected reaction. Nailiva is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, forced removal, ignoring supplied instructions, or uses for which the product was not intended, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Consumer rights
